  1. Cancellation by Customer:
    • Before Repair Commencement: You may cancel your repair request at any time before the repair work has started. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
    • After Repair Commencement: If you cancel the repair request after the repair work has begun, you will be responsible for any labor and parts costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
  2. Cancellation by Emobies:
    • We reserve the right to cancel your repair request at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, such as part unavailability or technical issues. If we cancel your request, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

Refund Policy

We are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction with our mobile repair services. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Unsuccessful Repairs: If we are unable to repair your device, you will receive a full refund of any payments made for the repair service.
    • Warranty Repairs: If your device experiences the same issue within the warranty period of two days after the repair, we will repair it again at no additional cost. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.
  2. Non-Refundable Situations:
    • Diagnosis Fee: The diagnosis fee is non-refundable, except if you proceed with the repair, in which case it will be applied toward the cost of the repair.
    • Customer-Induced Damage: Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by mishandling, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs performed by the customer or a third party.
    • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind after the repair has been completed.
  3. Refund Process:
